Q: We had approached a person in charge this evening to ge a house for rent in Sai shahi, but came to know that the owner is in Hyderabad. We were told over phone to send a small amount as registration amount to book the house for rent. How do we go ahead to find out if the person is the real owner of the house? Can we transfer money his account as suggested? Who is the right person to contact to find out the details for rent?
