Constructing a room for renting out to ATM in common area
Q: Is it allowed to construct a room for renting out to ATM in an Apartment common area with permission from all the residents? Are there any laws against doing this? I am thinking of this to generate revenue to our association.

Thanks Nagesh for the response. Getting confirmation from residents and actual construction would be simpler jobs considering he return on this investment. Would like to understand various approvals from BBMP or any authorities to be taken. Would like to ensure that we don't get into legal issues.Thanks Nagesh for the response.
