cost of the flat
Q: i would like to buy a F-2 type flat and they are giving a price of 2500/sft and plus the miscellaneous charges totalling 61laks can you please let me know what the the rate at which it is booked for others and the possession committment. also note that when the delay in payment is there they charge 24% and if the possession is not given by the committed date in november what they will offset is not mentioned.kindly clarify

Hello Mr Ganesan, I have bought Flat almost 3 months back at Rs. 2400 sft. Rates have been recently revised. Yes thats correct, incase of late payment, its 24% pa as penalty.
