How is construction quality
Q: I am planning to book flat in A building top floor please let me know whether to buy flat on top floor is good idea?

Construction quality is pretty good. I have a flat in B building. Regarding having a flat on top floor, I think you should decide on two aspects: 1. Its 12 floor building. Are you comfortable being on top floor ? 2. If yes for 1st and you are getting a good deal then you can. What is the price they are offering you ?Construction quality is pretty good.
