Interest on delayed payments
Q: They have charged interest @15% per annum for the delay in payment of instalments whereas the project is delayed by almost 2 years for which they pay only Rs.3 per sft which is very unfair, how to fight with the company for the exploitation.

Latest Answer: Nothing much we can do. We signed the agreement. Should have thought about this before buying.
