Q: Dear Co Owners, Evershine Crown construction has become a Big Jig Saw Puzzle,I have been contacting the Builders almost every month and receive the The same Carrot on Stick reply. THree and Hafl years after Booking No CORRECT Scenario till Date, If any of you have a Clue Please let me know. I am ready to join hands and represent whatever way required to get the correct picture. I am an NRI and therefore have less access to the Site activities and am Perturbed with the silence of the Builders.

Latest Answer: Dear Sir, Do you have any updates from evershine crown., Now the construction has started , what is the new rate payment demanded. I feel that the current rate the builder is offering is a rip off considering that 50% was already constructed at older rates in 2005
