Dear Mona (owner) i have not seen the project myself but i have information that recently a lot of work has been done and also the current going rate is Rs 2800/ sqf. the project is almost 90% completed and now we need to be patient for another 1-2 years. the location is excellent and pari chowk will have a metro station in 2014. considering this the rates should move up to Rs 5,000/ Sqf by 2014. we need to have patience and not panic unless we are in need of funds immediately.
