DSR Ultima - Go or No-Go !!
Q: We are planning to book a flat in DSR ultima very soon. Friends, who have already booked flat here, please let me know about the legal verification of the property. How did you find it ?? Pls let me know the Final negotiated price/sq ft Which are the banks giving loans for this? Beside is there any plan of widening of Harlur Road ?? As of now the Road seems pretty inadequate. What are the prospects of getting good rent in that area from the investment ?

i am planning to book at Ultima. Whats the current price running. Are the documents clean. No balconies in the bedrooms is worrying me a bit.
