Q: Planning to buy flat in phase 2. How is builder's committment to complete the project on time?

There is no updates on when the work is going to get started. I checked oysters couple of times and they said it will start in a month or so. But I donot see any progress in that front. Probably we should start a miling group so that the investors can exchange updates, their views etc.There is no updates on when the work is going to get started.
