False commitments by GC Group
Q: This is to bring to your kind notice that we have been cheated by giving false commitments at the time of buying the flat. After giving the premium amount also we are not getting the luxuries of the society because either everything is made payable or not provided only.

Latest Answer: I agree with you Nikhil. Gulshan Homz has cheated a lot of us by making false promises. Matters such as power consumption/backup charges are kept under the carpet in the hope that the residents would forget about them. I've just recently got to know of this portal and I too want to attend the meetings with the management. Our strength lies in numbers....the more members the better we negoiate.
