Enquiry on a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar
Q: I have seen a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, NTI Layout next to Sahakara Nagar/Kodigehalli. I have heard that this site has cleared litigation charges. Has someone availed a nationalized bank loan in this area?

Hi Information posted by Mayur Pai is the most accurate. However I am not aware of the situation regarding legal opinion from Nationalized bank lawyers. I have documentation obtained via RTI that validates the BDA release of sites within this layout. I have a 40x60 south facing plot that I am interested in selling. I am interested in buying a site in NTI layout in Sahakarnagar
Q: Many people are telling that the layout is still under litigation and there cold be problems later. Grateful for any information on the subject
