Q: What are the permissions applicable to the Project? Which are ones that are received and which are the ones that are not received?

I made my first payment in 2009, it is close to 8 years and there is no sign of completion in sight, Are we dealing with a Rogue Company or is IndiaBulls going Bankrupt.
