1) Good Location - Residential Feeling 2) Decent design - Not cramped , limited wall sharing. 3) Not bad amenities - Has all those regular featues 4) Delivery delayed - By 12 months & counting. Possession for A block seems to be happening in July. But, my flat is due only in Oct (E - Block). So I am delayed by 18 months now. But in BLR real estate market for 2nd / 3rd tier builders. Rahul, When I booked the house in 2008 , I had it checked by a lawyer, the papers are in order. The delivery of flats have been delayed by about 12-15 months - Part recession influenced & part builder cash crunch. However, it seems they will give possession of A block in July.
