Their Sales team have been non committal on delivery date.They indicate this to be Dec,16 which I doubt. It could go upto Q1,17.Rate could be 7250/sft +They might give some marginal discount. In Oct,15 hey gave an advt that they will deliver by Jun16.Their online campaign also - even today says the same thing.
