Q: I am interested in buying a 2/3 BHK . So I would like to know whom to contact.

Latest Answer: the prices indicated by Mr. Rajesh are of July 2010. By Nov2011 the rates for 2 BHK was Rs. 28 to 32 lakhs and for 3 BHK it was 34 to 40 lakhs (for Phase III). All handing over is expected by Apr2013.
