Guys I have a flat in Faifield C. The same happened with me-- Lodha sends a letter giving only 15 days window for payment. While all payments have been made, on 15th May'10 I get a mail asking me to cough up an exorbitent interest charge without any details provided. Also I am not sure, on the other hand, whether they would pay us when the project goes beyond stipulated time?Guys I have a flat in Faifield C.
