Q:
I want to know the Service tax and legal and documentation charges for a villa which is around 2200sqf and cost of villa is : 1,62,00,000 and other charges is : 5,00,000 .
Should I need to service tax on other charges.

As far as I know , the chennai corporation is far better , It is very easy for paying the Taxes , They collect at door step , or they compaign in streets . There are several avenues are there in chennai corporation to pay tax . Hats off Chennai corporation . In bangalore , even though i want to pay tax , I do not how to pay , and there is no proper ID no . Even though i have manual Khata , every thing written in Kannada , which is very not know to to many who are living in bangalore . E Khata is merely the computerization of the actual Khata. It is useful for a person to pay property tax. A computerized version of Khata will contain all the details that have been recorded manually.You can obtain receipts when required with the help of PID number. Only those people can use E Khata whose properties have been allotted PID number

How about BMRDA approved plan , site Photo , Can these be given by CRM office . Do they charge any thing for this .
