Q: pl tell i have to invest in week or two weeks how is reputation of this group and this aditya niketan project. also how much they have already sold out and what is the future after five years of this project

Hi, It si a good project as far as i have studied.The location is excellant considering that all properties being developed on dwraka expressway will cater the requirement of IMT .The project is just opp to IMT and very close to NH-8. Q: I hear that, Aditya Niketan is still waiting for the zoning before they can start any construction work. Also there is a word that they are waiting for the same for quite sometime now and there is no clarity on how and when they will start...though the company still claims 3 yrs possession ! In this case..how safe its is to invest with them..are they reliable enough ?

Hi Raj, Its true that they are waiting for approval of zonal plan from authorities.However since the project is large and there have been changes in the earlier plan submitted by them(1000 yds. plots converted in to upvan phase-2) , there is bound to be some delay which is not unexpected.However since it is ground+2 floor only, they should not have problem in completing in 3 years. The SC has to take a decision this month.However not sure when construction shall start. It depends on the process and intention of the builder.
