Hello Raj, What is the type of unit you own and what is the price you are quoting for the unit?
The apartment is north-west facing. This is in B block, Apt 801 (8th floor). The living room is overlooking the swimming pool. The dining and bedroom views are Biozen (no high rise building). The current owner price is 5750/sft. I am able to work for any decent offer.

The project is still under construction. What is the reason you want to sell off the property? Any issue in this project?
I have relocated to the US. This is a great project. During my last visit, I loved the way the apartment has come up.
