Recently we received email from Real value asking to make remaining payment ASAP. Is any one else received such mails.

I am still not at all convinced that , the project will be handed over for another few months. Lift is yet to be installed in Block -5. Also does anyone know will Real value compensate for such a huge delay in handing over the flat.

Absolutely Horrible. After so much pursuing they sent a letter in Jan 2014 that they will BEGIN handing over from Jun 2014. I visited the site mid Dec 14 and to say the least the progress is pathetic. It will take another 8 months before they can think of handing over. Lets not forget that the commited handover date for Blovk 5 was Jun 2011, delayed a bit due to approvals, Now I paid entire amount and coughing out EMI interest month on month.
But the builder has launched 4 new projects in the city, completely indifferent to the delays with NeelKamal project. Wonder people wake up to the ploy. Truly I burnt my fingers.

I fully agree to what you have said. I entered into agreement with real value in Aug'2010 and still waiting to get the possesion of my lfat.
Like you, i too have burned my fingers with Real value.
