Q: Dear Owners, I just have one Qn: What is your rationale for selecting Pentagon. What is the reason you have selected Sarjapur as the location of your home

First thing...you are getting a Villa at the price of a 2 BHK apartment, with a gated community and all amenties. Place is cool and Calm. Less polluted. Traffic Less Road (You will find less traffic anytime. Good schools nearby. If you are working in ITPL/Electronic city the distance is within 20 KM.
