what about the rebate they have written in agreement for delay
Q: I met an executive in ILD office this week and come to know that latest news from Builder is to deliver in July 2013. I have 2BHK in Tower 4 that is 9 floors complete out of 14..not sure how they can take 2 years to complete 5 floors and finishing.... I got no exact answer for delay clause amount.. Has anyone enquired about that.. Please let me know @ 9971826623
