Hi, I am buying a flat (1185 sqft) in a property built On an area of 2400 sq ft. It is S+G+3 floors.
Q: 2 Flats each on G+1 floor and 1 flat on 2nd &3rd floor. Land docs are all in order, have run it through my lawyer on it. Only concern is on the apartment block on 2400sq ft. Kindly advise.

Latest Answer: Hi Runjhun, it is good that you have verify properties doc on your ground and taken right decision from your lawyer. I think if you have verified properties doc and really interested go for it.
