Flat availability & Price
Q: Hi, I have come last week and they said 2 bhk flats are available and quoted a price of 2500/2600 per sqft. Now, today, when I call them up, they are saying no 2bhks available and price is hiked to 3100/-. Surprised to see the price going 500 per sqft in 1 week :(

Latest Answer: The 2 BHKs are all sold out it seems except for 2 flats. The cost is about 3.2K. There is a very heavy demand for the 2 BHK as it is ideal for a young couple with one child.
