Flat availability & Price
Q: Hi, I have come last week and they said 2 bhk flats are available and quoted a price of 2500/2600 per sqft. Now, today, when I call them up, they are saying no 2bhks available and price is hiked to 3100/-. Surprised to see the price going 500 per sqft in 1 week :(

Yes. They sold it. As per my information they are going to launch another phase very soon( may be in a weeks or month) and for that so called advance booking kind of thing has been started also.Yes.
