Q: Giving Escalation caluse in Allotment letter is not correct

Latest Answer: I have booked a flat in casa bella gold in 2012 and yet to get possession. Now they are asking for Rs. 58000 additional because the govt has declared pallava as a city and all the roads and lights etc are now govt property. so they need to charge this money to pay the govt. they have also told me that they will increase the monthly outgoings (which is now ar Rs. 3) but have not mentioned by how much. anyone facing such issues? are you willing to pay? is it right for them to ask for so much money?
