All the quotes which im getting for 2BHK is in range of 55L - 65L.

yes it is and its a ready project

As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, A Khata
Yes you are right Prakhar, almost 50% flats are occupied
