Commencement of construction
Q: Any idea when Unitech is going to start construction at Sunbreeze ? Originally , they were to start it before Vistas , but have not done so despite starting it at Vista. Any idea whether this is due to any legal hurdles ?

Nirvana is running fine . They have commenced construction at Vista , for which they have not got approval yet - just to dwindle money. Being a bit far from Sunbreeze , commencing construction probably justifies rate parity with Sunbreeze . Worst problem is that we are all guessing and there is no light in sight . How do we know that they will start even in Oct ? I have been getting fresh dates every month for last 1 year . This is the first time they have taken a timeline beyond 1 month and that worries me more . RgdsNirvana is running fine .
