Obstruction of the common areas
Q: I have recently bought an apartment in manasarovar phase 3.I found the some of the owners are are blocked the portion of the 'common area' in front of their apartment with grills. I think this practise is a recipe for a future disaster, espesially given that this is a high rise apartment. WOuld appreciate the views of other owners about this problem.
