Not sure about the current price get it from builder or landowner. About completion time was Aug 2010, extended to Dec 2010, again to Aug 2011 then to Feb 2012. Amenities are the standard ones like swimming pool, club house, gym, sauna, steam, creche, supermarket etc . not sure what all will come up....Get a brochure from builder.
