Hi i have one 2BHK unit in Logix zest. Project was to be delivered in Feb'14 but as of now no satisfactory reply received from builder. Seems too much delay in the project. 90% payment has been done in flexi plan but less than 50% construction is done.

logix does not care . dupes buyers of all residential projects.only city mall is what it cares for.
