Q: I have an old house on a corner plot (40 X 60 ft) in a prime location in North Bangalore. This is near Ramiah Hospital and College complex. The resedential area has become a commercial location. Three-four multi-story hostels and a flats have come up on the street. I am looking for ideas to develop the property. One idea is to * Develop a 4+ floor (10,000 sqft) with basement parking * Rent out to a single commercial tenant - e.g a) Multi-speciality Hospital/clinic b) Scooter/motorcycle showroom, workshop/office c) Bank (there is a HDFC branch behind the road, ICICI 1/2 km away, Canara Bank 1 km away) d) Training center etc? What are the other ideas to consider for a single, large tenant?

Latest Answer: Thanks Bhaskaran, I am not much interested in multiple rentals since it would be difficult to manage it myself in the long-term
