Defaming concorde
Q: Hi, Yesterday when I spoke to customer care, they told me that they have filed a defaming case against few customers as well as FIR against those who have started -ve marketing and planned to go to media as it resulted in defaming of their 18 years old brand name and loss of business in crores which could not be compensated by the customers ( who started spoiling their reputation in the market). Also they have handed over this case with all the proofs & printouts to one of the highly reputed advocates in the karnataka state it seems. Other thing was that once it is proved --- they are going to send all the details of the employee to their respective companies (HR ) which would be displayed in the office web sites as well as in the dispaly boards respectively and many more things. Pls fwd this to every one ASAP and give me the updates as I am in dilemma whether I am there in their list. Also suggest me ideas & solutions
