Transformer installation.
Q: Hello. Our apartment complex plans to have a transformer located within the property. (the builder is making all arrangements). Can the neighbours object to this? Are there any conditions or laws under which such a transformer cannot be installed?

Latest Answer: There should not be any problem but the builder should have proper documents for installing the transformer. The important thing is that we should hire a reliable contractor to move and assemble the transformer and proper inspection is also necessary.
