Q: unfair ,unneeded expenses done in this apartment.general secretary should know the realities .when lorry water,private security agency was there maintenance was 700.now everyone is sleeping in the shades,saplings were planted in hot summer for 30000rs.if this kind of admin.continues the apartment will become an unfit place to live.

Latest Answer: Any new costs/increase in service costs triggered this change in hiking the maintenance fees..????
