Payment to the Builder
Q: I would like to know what the Association has decided on the following three points. 1.Outstanding Base Amount which has to be paid to the builder and by when it has to be paid. 2. Payment of extra charges sent by the builder to each apartment owner and by when it has to be paid. 3. When we have to collect the NOC,OC and Khatta from the builder.
