Q: Hi, I am getting a "resale" offer (rate to rate, 3bhk) from one of the owner . I am not able to visit the site but the feedback what i am getting from my relatives( owner/ CLP/DP) is construction is far behind schedule.It could be due to rainy season!! I request honest feedback regarding construction/ completion of project on time from devine meadow community.

Latest Answer: Hi Bablu, It would be not advisable to buy based on hearsay. You need to visit the site, talk to the developers / contractors, compare the project with other alternatives and decide based on these. In my personal opinion, pace has been sluggish though it is picking up now. The completion date is Q4 2012, so they still have time in hand. Regards, Prabhas.
