Why is this property not yet ready to move in?
Q: I have been noticing that the building structure has been in place for more than a year. I wonder when this property will be ready to be occupied. I am looking to purchase here.

Issues with the property
Q: I have been told that this property has a main road cutting across as per the master plan of the city. I also believe that the access roads are very narrow and that there is no resolution visible on that. Please clarify
