We should claim the compensation as per agreement. In my agreement it is written that if builder fails to handover the flats within April 2011 end, they are bound to pay compensation to the Flat Owner (If 100% payment is done by the Owner). We have to take the issue jointly.......We should claim the compensation as per agreement.
