Tejas Daffodils uncertainity
Q: The builder and landlord have not yet completed the block 1 since last few years. There is no possibility that Tejas Daffodils will be completed in next 5 yrs. Builders are known for delays. Do not trust the words of marketing agents.they will disappear once you book the flat.

My comments to replies
Delay cannot be for years. There is timelines for everything. Why would builder have financial problems? Did not they take whole money from owners? all pending work has to be completed and provide basic amenities for Block 1 owners like generator which is pending for years, the borewells also has to be repaired. This is opinion of all Block 1 users. and feedback on behalf of all. Builders have lost the trust of many people by delaying and providing incomplete projects.
