Regarding Telephone Connection
Q: Dear Sir, We have subscribed for a Airtel telephone connection before 2 months back, still now we are not connected to Airtel. I really surprised because Airtel is only company which connects you to the internet within 24hours. Upto my knowledge Airtel peoples were working very hard regarding this connection process. But suddenly they have stopped working and BSNL were working on this process. I dont know what is the deal going on in this. I have heard from the Airtel People that Mithilam flat association is not allowing them to give connections until BSNL finishes the line. I really surprised why you allowed Airtel to get into the complex and made us subscribed to Airtel and now stopping them from giving connections. I believe that since that Mithilam Flat manager having some past relationship with BSNL, he is trying to market BSNL, if you have told this before I would have subscribed for BSNL initally and would be first in the Queue. After this mess-up, if I again subscribe for BS
