Q: Guys, I was interested in SAMRUDDHI Lake Drive project and had got a initial quote from their manager. The quote was close to my budget and I was on 2 week vacation after that discussion (which was intimated to their persons). But I had a surprise when i came back, their General Manager spoke to me over Phone and gave a exorbitant quote as the hiked price (this was 40% above the quoted price). After discussions (back n forth) with other managers, they gave me a revised quote which is 10% above the first quote. I am confused whether to really proceed with the revised quote and go away from the project as this was break of trust without notice. They couldn’t keep the committed price, how will they be committed to other promises with their project. Appreciate if you could share your experiences with SAMRUDDHI.

Latest Answer: Dilip, Good review. I have to say this. The availability at Lake Drive is more than 50%. This is the situation since Sep 2013. Considering all the issues mentioned in Dilip's post, i think 1.3cr to 1.4cr is good for this non-luxury economy villas, Not otherwise. At 1.5cr you will get several other projects.
