Q: I have following doubts: 1. First 4 buildings are not open for sell 2. Approach Road 3. Why the booking is very less though 70 % is completed

builder want to sell it on higher rate all the 4 buliding that why he has not opened and plot shape more in length so if he opens the first 4 building then no one will take in last one which is the last building.
