Any Group for post an compensation ?
Q: Hi Group Members,I purchased a 2BHK in Building 7/ 9th floor and was promised by Runwal for an Aug. 2011 possession, which clearly can be seen still undergoing construction.I recently got a letter from Runwal that building #7 work is delayed due to some uncontrollable factors and will take another 3-4 months to complete.I need to know, Is there any group formed yet, to post an compensation ?Can anyone advise me pls what to do, I atleast should get an reimbursement of my rent which am paying-off ? Hi Aditya, i'm in same mode, booked flat at 5th floor in bldg 7 in Sep 2009...still awaiting for possession. Many times i visited there office & eveytime answer is will get end of month. Actually to me it has been conveyed that possession will be on or April'11 then in agrment mentioned date was Aug'11, recently i also rec'd letter saying more delay in possession. Constrction stage is as is I doubt it will be done in coming 2-3 months b'coz lots of work is pending. Need some suggestion, action????? i think we should meet & discuss.......
