There is no buyer at ncl godavari apartments,why?

Latest Answer: Hi Pravallika, NCL Godavari was completed in 2009 itself. It is in Pipeline Road, Next to Sharewood Public School Petbasheerabad, Quthbullapur. It includes 2 and 3 bhk flats.

Latest Answer: As per my reaction and the people opinion I think Telangana issue is a big issue and this will not cool down so easily. For some sources I came to know that the real estate prices have dropped 30% in several places.
