I am looking for a 2BR flat to rent in Heritage City.
Q: Please connect me to a owner who wants to let out a 2 BHK. I know that flats are available but I want to go for it without a broker. I work in an MNC and will be a good tenant. Anita

Hi Anita, The rent of a 2bhk flat in Heritage City will be around Rs 30,000 excluding registration charges.
I am okay with that. I just have few questions, (1) What are registration charges. (2) Is it a flat or a condominium 3(3) Are you an owner or a broker (4) Let me know from when it is available so i can book it
