when possession ??
Q: Want to know about possession status and do they plan to pay penalty for delay .

Latest Answer: Although Central Park 2 is giving full page ads in Newspapers claiming that the complex is ready for occupation, it is far from truth.Only in tower 3 and 4 about 5 or 6 people have been given possession.There is a serious seepage problem in Tower4 hence they are unable to give any further possession. They are unable to give possession in any other Tower. In fact Towers 7, 8 & 9 are still under construction and will not be ready for another 6 months . Despite this they have already got Occupation Certificate for all the 9 Towers!And to top it they will charge us more escalation instead of paying us any penalty.You may contact me on 09871133551 to plan a joint action.
