Since this is a huge project, this could also be delayed by a bit. So, you should get it clearly mentioned in your agreement. Any delay beyond Dec 2014, and Prestige should pay you compensation on monthly basis until the possession is handed over. Budigere isnt a developed area today. The approach road is excellent & there is a plan to widen it to make it 100ft. Brigade has also acquired land in that area. However, development will happen only when it becomes a residential area. Hitherto, it was an industrial area. So, there is hope but no promises. It is a risk but if pays off, the property value could double up before you possess it. All the best...
