Is Swiss County @ 2900 good deal?
Q: Hi, I visited this site today and builder quoted me 2900 PSF rate. They also said no discount on rate. I wanted to check with the group a. If they do negotiations on rates? b. Is 2900 right rate? Thanks in Advance -Rajeev

Latest Answer: Hello Rajeev I was told a rate of 3400 today(4/20/2011)...this might make u feel little better.Do you think this rate is ok for current market conditions..?
