plan to purchase plot in parkdale phase II
Q: Hi, Pls advise if there is any legal issue or approval issue with this property. I also wish to know if this is approved by LIC. Thanks in advance

Thank you Mr.Swaminathan. I have gone ahead along with my friend and in fact paid 25% couple of days back. I also saw the place few weeks back and they have now completely done up the roads and I could also see power in all the transformers. thanks
